Healing While Living uses wildcrafted sea moss, lime, spring water, and sometimes other herbs in my sea moss gel. All ingredients will be listed. HWL sea moss gel is also freshly made with love. When sea moss gel is raw, it is good unrefrigerated about a week. This is why you will need to (shake it well) and refrigerate it promptly upon receipt. Allow about a day for it to gel before using.

Sea moss is naturally rich in minerals, protein, and iodine. Adding 1 - 2 tablespoons of sea moss gel to your daily smoothies, drinks, or other foods, over time, will help reduce mucus and inflammation throughout your body.

More Benefits & usages:

Sea Moss Gel can also be used for cooking. It is a natural emulsifier and will help to bind fats and liquid together. It can be used to make puddings and yogurt... stir it into your rice and pasta dishes or it can be used in cakes and pastries and even as a thickener in soups, sauces, gravies and stews. There are so many ways it can be incorporated into the foods you cook everyday.

Sea Moss gel can also help with weight loss. When consumed, sea moss can help decrease the appetite by making you feel full as it controls your cravings. Because it is rich in iodine, it also helps to balance thyroid hormones, this may help to increase the rate of your metabolism.

All of HWL sea moss jars are handmade to order in Canton, Ga. They will come packaged, 16oz, glass jars.

HWL products can only be shipped priority mail or faster and will need to be refrigerated promptly upon arrival. Please make sure all of your mailing information is entered correctly. It is very important that you track your package and not allow it to sit in your mailbox, especially during a high temperature day. Please plan to use your sea moss gel within 2-3 weeks. It can also be frozen up to 3-4months.
